The East Bay Barefoot Hikers was formed in May, 1995 Accounts were written of most of the earlier hikes. We kept on hiking, but stopped writing accounts after mid-1997. There was no particular reason other than the work involved. Current hikers are quite welcome to submit accounts to Mike. These accounts are archived here since they give a good insight into what it's like to attend one of our hikes.
